I made it to Day 3 of 10 of the 10-Day Green Smoothie CHA-LUNGE easy peasy. And today’s smoothie recipe, the Meal Replacement Smoothie, really surprised me. I mean who puts oatmeal and actual almonds in a smoothie???? WELL, I did along with most everyone else joining the challenge.
I love how flexible I can be with these smoothie ingredients. Today, I used a whole banana rather than half. I added mixed berries rather than just blueberries and I added a knob of fresh ginger.
